    • I personally supervise all works carried out on the premises entrusted to me. The experience I gained as an independent contractor in Poland and Great Britain helps me in this. I still do some of the work myself so as not to be out of practice and because I like it.
    • I ensure good cooperation with municipal authorities and services and good relations with clients and neighbours.
    • I establish and implement safety, savings and sanitation procedures, which are particularly important nowadays
  • Maintenance, renovation, modernisation and own arrangements

    • I manage the technical condition of the facilities entrusted to me
    • I negotiate and prepare contracts with contractors and service providers
    • I prepare plans and calculations for investments and renovations
  • Investment consultancy

    • I advise property investors. I can point out potentials, advantages and weaknesses and suggest optimal use.
  • Mediation and business negotiation
